Refund Policy
Cloudegree offers practical training delivered through programs, live bootcamps, and events. This Refund Policy explains when a refund may be available and how to request it.
Programs
Refund requests for programs are eligible as follows:
- Full refund within 7 days of enrollment, provided meaningful access has not already been used (for example, attending live sessions or completing a substantial portion of the course materials).
- After 7 days, refunds are generally not available. In many cases, we may offer a deferral or credit to a future cohort at our discretion.
Live Bootcamps and Bootcamp Certificate Tracks
Because live bootcamps reserve instructor time and cohort seats:
- Full refund if you request cancellation 7+ days before the start date
- 50% refund if you request cancellation 6–3 days before the start date
- No refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of the start date or after the bootcamp begins
Where possible, we may offer a one-time transfer to a future cohort (subject to seat availability).
Events
If an event is paid, refunds are available up to 24 hours before the event start time unless otherwise stated on the registration page.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us using:
- The Contact Form, or
- WhatsApp Support (where available)
Include your name, the program/bootcamp name, and the email or payment reference used at checkout.
Processing time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method and provider.
Important notes
- Refund eligibility may be limited if access has already been substantially used.
- Payment processing fees charged by third parties may be non-refundable where applicable.
- Cloudegree reserves the right to address exceptional situations on a case-by-case basis.
