Platform Walkthrough

This guide walks you through every major section of the Cloudegree platform so you know exactly where to find what you need.

Homepage

The homepage at cloudegree.com is your starting point. From here you can:

  • See featured bootcamps and upcoming cohorts
  • Read student testimonials and success stories
  • Access the main navigation to all platform sections

Main Navigation

The top navigation bar gives you quick access to all key areas:

Once logged in, you'll also see your Profile dropdown with links to your profile page and sign-out option.

Dashboard

After signing in, visit your Dashboard at /dashboard. This is your personalized home base.

What You'll See

Welcome Section

A personalized greeting with your name and a quick summary of your learning status.

Your Bootcamps

A list of all bootcamps you're enrolled in, showing:

  • Bootcamp name — which program you're in
  • Start and end dates — when your cohort runs
  • Status — Active (green badge) or Inactive
  • Quick link to browse more bootcamps if you haven't enrolled yet

Quick Actions

Three action cards for common tasks:

  1. View Profile → /profile — edit your information and settings
  2. Explore Programs → /bootcamps — browse available bootcamps
  3. Get Support → /support — reach out for help

Bootcamps Directory

Visit /bootcamps to browse all available programs.

How to Navigate

Programs are organized into categories:

  • Foundation Programs — short introductory courses (1–2 weeks)
  • Skill Bootcamps — hands-on skill development (2–3 months)
  • Certification Associate — exam prep for associate-level certs (2–3 months)
  • Certification Professional/Expert — advanced certification prep (3–4 months)
  • Career Paths — long-term structured programs (12+ months)

Bootcamp Detail Pages

Click any bootcamp to see its full detail page, which includes:

  • Program overview and learning objectives
  • Detailed curriculum and module breakdown
  • Duration, schedule, and delivery format
  • Pricing with all payment plan options
  • Instructor information
  • Enroll Now button to start registration

Registration & Payment Flow

When you click Enroll Now on a bootcamp:

  1. Payment Plan Selection (/bootcamps/payment-select)

    • Choose from: Pay in Full, 2-Month Split, 3-Month Installments, Seat Reservation, or Pay-As-You-Go
    • See the exact amount for each option
    • Payment instructions displayed based on your region

  2. Registration Form (/bootcamps/register)

    • Enter your personal details (name, email, phone)
    • Create an account if you don't have one
    • Upload or enter your payment reference/proof

  3. Confirmation

    • Receive registration confirmation
    • Payment is verified by an admin (typically within 24 hours)
    • Bootcamp appears on your Dashboard once confirmed

Profile & Settings

Your profile at /profile has four tabs:

Profile Tab

  • Display Name & Bio — how others see you
  • Headline — your professional tagline
  • Avatar — upload a profile photo
  • Contact Info — email, phone, location, timezone, preferred language
  • Professional Info — current company, title, LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolio URL
  • Stats — points earned, learning streak, badges, courses completed

Account Tab

  • Bootcamp Registrations — view all your enrollments with status
  • Account Management — update credentials, delete, or recover your account

Privacy Tab

  • Visibility Controls — choose whether your profile and email are public
  • Notification Preferences — manage email and platform notifications

Bootcamps Tab

  • Enrollment History — complete list of all bootcamps you've registered for, with payment status and dates

Certifications Hub

Visit /certifications for in-depth certification guides:

  • Azure Tracks — AZ-305, AZ-400, AZ-500, SC-100 with detailed syllabi, career impact, and salary data
  • AWS Tracks — Solutions Architect Associate & Professional
  • Google Cloud Tracks — ACE and Professional Cloud Architect
  • Comparison Guides — Azure vs AWS career paths, AZ-305 vs AWS SA Pro

Each certification page includes learning modules, exam format details, recommended study timeline, and direct enrollment links.

Mentorship

The mentorship hub at /mentoring offers:

  • Pay-Per-Session booking with calendar integration
  • Monthly Plans with tiered benefits
  • Exam Prep Packages for certification focus
  • Group Mentorship for collaborative learning
  • Standalone Services — CV review, mock interviews, architecture reviews

Select your preferred option, choose a mentor, and book directly through the Calendly-integrated scheduling system.
