Account & Authentication

How do I reset my password?

Click "Reset it here" on the login page, enter your email, and you'll receive a password reset link valid for 1 hour. The email will include a secure link to create a new password.

Can I sign in with Microsoft or Google?

Yes! We support Azure AD (Microsoft) and Google OAuth for quick sign-in without needing to create a separate password. Simply click the Microsoft or Google button on the login page.

Why can't I reset my password for my Microsoft/Google account?

OAuth accounts (Azure AD/Google) use your provider's authentication system. To reset your password, please do so through Microsoft or Google directly. We don't store passwords for OAuth accounts.

What happens if I forget my email address?

Contact our support team with your name and phone number used during registration. We'll help you recover your account information via WhatsApp or email.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Go to Profile → Settings → Account Actions. You can choose between:

  • Immediate deletion - Account deleted permanently right away
  • 30-day grace period - Account scheduled for deletion with option to recover within 30 days

What happens to my data when I delete my account?

With immediate deletion, all your data is permanently removed. With the 30-day option, your data is marked for deletion but can be recovered if you change your mind within the grace period.

What's included in a bootcamp enrollment?

Every bootcamp includes:

  • Live instructor-led sessions

  • Access to Learning Access Center (for eligible bootcamps)

How do I access my enrolled bootcamps?

Sign in to your account and go to your Profile page. Click the "Bootcamps" tab to see all your enrollments, payment status, progress tracking, and access to course materials.

Can I enroll without creating an account?

Yes, you can register as a guest. However, creating an account gives you access to progress tracking, certificates, community features, Learning Access Center booking, and the ability to manage your enrollment easily.

What if my bootcamp shows "Pending" status?

"Pending" means your Mobile Money payment is being verified. This typically takes 24-48 hours for MTN/Orange Money transactions. Once verified, your status will change to "Active" and you'll gain full access.

Can I cancel my bootcamp enrollment?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the program start date. Contact our WhatsApp support or email support@cloudegree.com within this period for a full refund.

How do I track my bootcamp progress?

Go to Profile → Bootcamps tab to see your progress, completed modules, upcoming sessions, and assignments. Your dashboard shows real-time progress tracking.

Who can access the Learning Access Center?

The Learning Access Center in Cameroon is available exclusively for enrolled bootcamp learners. You need an active bootcamp enrollment to book time slots.

How do I book time at the Learning Access Center?

Once enrolled in an eligible bootcamp:

  1. Go to /cm/learning-access-center/book
  2. Select your preferred date and time slot
  3. Confirm your booking
  4. Receive confirmation via email and SMS

What facilities are available at the Learning Access Center?

The center provides:

  • High-speed internet
  • Modern workstations

  • Collaborative spaces
  • Technical support on-site

Payment & Billing (Mobile Money)

What payment methods do you accept in Cameroon?

We accept:

  • MTN Mobile Money - Fast and secure payment
  • Orange Money - Quick mobile payment option

All payments are processed securely through our verified mobile money integration.

How do I pay with MTN Mobile Money?

  1. Select your bootcamp and payment plan
  2. Choose "MTN Mobile Money" as payment method
  3. Enter your MTN Mobile Money number
  4. You'll receive a prompt on your phone
  5. Enter your MTN PIN to confirm payment
  6. You'll receive confirmation SMS and email

How do I pay with Orange Money?

  1. Select your bootcamp and payment plan
  2. Choose "Orange Money" as payment method
  3. Enter your Orange Money number
  4. Dial the USSD code provided or confirm via SMS prompt
  5. Enter your Orange Money PIN
  6. Receive confirmation SMS and email

How long does Mobile Money payment verification take?

Payment verification typically takes 24-48 hours. You'll receive:

  • Immediate payment confirmation SMS
  • Email notification when payment is verified
  • Account activation email when bootcamp access is granted

What if my Mobile Money payment fails?

If your payment fails:

  1. Check you have sufficient balance
  2. Ensure your Mobile Money account is active
  3. Try the payment again

Can I get a receipt for my Mobile Money payment?

Yes! Once your payment is verified:

  • Go to Profile → Billing tab
  • Click "Download Receipt" next to your payment

What payment plans are available?

We offer flexible payment options:

  • Pay in Full - Single payment, best value
  • 2-Month Split - 50% upfront, 50% after 30 days
  • 3-Month Installments - Equal payments over 90 days
  • Seat Reservation - Small upfront payment, balance before cohort starts

What happens if I miss an installment payment?

We offer a 7-day grace period for missed payments. You'll receive:

  • SMS reminder 3 days before due date
  • Email notification on due date
  • WhatsApp message during grace period

After the grace period, access may be temporarily suspended until payment is received. Contact support immediately if you're experiencing difficulties.

Can I switch payment plans after enrollment?

Yes, in most cases. Contact our support team within 48 hours of enrollment via WhatsApp or email to discuss switching plans. Some restrictions may apply based on program start dates.

Is there a fee for Mobile Money payments?

Standard Mobile Money transaction fees apply as per your provider's rates (MTN or Orange). We don't charge additional processing fees for Mobile Money payments.

Can I pay from someone else's Mobile Money account?

Yes, but please ensure:

  • You provide the correct number for payment confirmation
  • The account holder confirms the transaction
  • You include the correct payment reference
  • Contact support if the name doesn't match your enrollment

Yes-all live sessions are recorded. Replays are available in your bootcamp dashboard within 24 hours.

How do I get help if I'm stuck?

What internet speed do I need for live sessions?

Minimum 2 Mbps for video streaming. If you have connectivity issues, you can:

  • Access recordings later
  • Use the Learning Access Center's high-speed internet
  • Download materials for offline study

Can I attend from mobile phone?

Yes, our platform is mobile-friendly. However, for the best experience and lab work, we recommend using a laptop or desktop. You can use the Learning Access Center if you don't have a personal computer.
