Account & Authentication
How do I reset my password?
Click "Reset it here" on the login page, enter your email, and you'll receive a password reset link valid for 1 hour. The email will include a secure link to create a new password.
Can I sign in with Microsoft or Google?
Yes! We support Azure AD (Microsoft) and Google OAuth for quick sign-in without needing to create a separate password. Simply click the Microsoft or Google button on the login page.
Why can't I reset my password for my Microsoft/Google account?
OAuth accounts (Azure AD/Google) use your provider's authentication system. To reset your password, please do so through Microsoft or Google directly. We don't store passwords for OAuth accounts.
What happens if I forget my email address?
Contact our support team with your name and phone number used during registration. We'll help you recover your account information.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Profile → Settings → Account Actions. You can choose between:
- Immediate deletion - Account deleted permanently right away
- 30-day grace period - Account scheduled for deletion with option to recover within 30 days
What happens to my data when I delete my account?
With immediate deletion, all your data is permanently removed. With the 30-day option, your data is marked for deletion but can be recovered if you change your mind within the grace period.

What's included in a bootcamp enrollment?
Every bootcamp includes:
- Live instructor-led sessions
- Hands-on labs and projects
- Course materials and resources
- Lifetime access to materials
- Certificate of completion
- Community forum access
- Career guidance resources
How do I access my enrolled bootcamps?
Sign in to your account and go to your Profile page. Click the "Bootcamps" tab to see all your enrollments, payment status, progress tracking, and access to course materials.
Can I enroll without creating an account?
Yes, you can register as a guest. However, creating an account gives you access to progress tracking, certificates, community features, and the ability to manage your enrollment easily.
What if my bootcamp shows "Pending" status?
"Pending" means your payment is being verified. This typically takes 24-48 hours. Once approved, your status will change to "Active" and you'll gain full access to all bootcamp materials and features.
Can I cancel my bootcamp enrollment?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the program start date. Contact support@cloudegree.com within this period for a full refund. After 14 days, please contact support to discuss options.
How do I track my bootcamp progress?
Go to Profile → Bootcamps tab to see your progress, completed modules, upcoming sessions, and assignments. Your dashboard shows real-time progress tracking.
Payment & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
What payment plans are available?
We offer flexible payment options:
- Pay in Full - Single payment, best value
- 2-Month Split - 50% upfront, 50% after 30 days
- 3-Month Installments - Equal payments over 90 days
- Seat Reservation - Small upfront payment, balance before cohort starts
Can I see my payment history?
Yes! Go to Profile → Billing tab to view all transactions, current payment plans, upcoming payments, and download receipts.
What's your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the program start date. If you're not satisfied within the first two weeks, we'll provide a full refund, no questions asked.
What happens if my payment fails?
You'll receive an email notification immediately. You have a 7-day grace period to update your payment information before access to materials is temporarily suspended. Contact support if you need assistance.
What if I miss a payment?
We offer a 7-day grace period for missed payments. After that, late fees may apply and access to program materials may be temporarily suspended. Please contact us immediately if you're experiencing payment difficulties.
Can I switch payment plans after enrollment?
In most cases, yes. Contact our support team within 48 hours of enrollment to discuss switching to a different payment plan. Some restrictions may apply based on program start dates.

Are the bootcamps self-paced or scheduled?
Bootcamps follow a cohort-based schedule with live sessions at specific times. However, all materials remain accessible for self-paced review, and recordings are available for those who miss live sessions.
