Project Manager (Marketing-Focused)
Role Overview
As our Marketing-Focused Project Manager, you'll own the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns that drive bootcamp enrollments and brand awareness. This role exists to bridge strategy and execution-turning high-level goals into structured campaigns with clear timelines, deliverables, and metrics. You'll work cross-functionally with content creators, designers, and leadership to ensure every campaign launches on time and achieves measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- •Plan and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns (email, social, webinars, ads)
- •Build campaign timelines, assign tasks, and track progress using project management tools
- •Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and technical teams to produce campaign assets
- •Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics (leads, conversions, ROI)
- •Identify bottlenecks and adjust workflows to improve campaign delivery speed
- •Maintain a campaign calendar and ensure alignment with enrollment cycles
- •Document campaign processes and create reusable templates for future initiatives
- •Analyze post-campaign results and recommend optimizations
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of project management experience in marketing or digital campaigns
- ✓Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns from concept to completion
- ✓Strong organizational skills with ability to manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholders
- ✓Experience using project management tools (Asana, Trello, Notion, or similar)
- ✓Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret marketing metrics and adjust strategies
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Available for 20–25 hours per week with flexibility for campaign launches
Nice-to-Have
- +Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or B2C marketing environments
- +Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, SendGrid, etc.)
- +Knowledge of social media advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads)
- +Understanding of enrollment funnels and conversion optimization
- +Basic design sense or experience working closely with creative teams
Success Metrics
After 30–90 days, success in this role looks like:
- →Launching 2–3 complete marketing campaigns on schedule
- →Maintaining a campaign calendar with 100% visibility into upcoming initiatives
- →Achieving campaign performance targets (CTR, conversion rates, enrollment goals)
- →Documenting 3+ reusable campaign templates or workflows
- →Reducing campaign launch time by identifying and removing bottlenecks
- →Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
Compensation & Commitment
Type: Part-time contract (20–25 hours/week)
Compensation: Competitive hourly or project-based rate
